Incorrect products purchased in error
Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it is generated and the data made available for viewing. AlertFlag cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered products. We understand however that accidents happen and will be able to help you find the correct product and in some cases issue a refund at our discretion. Please notify us immediately using the contact form.
Product not as described
In the event that you have received an item which has not been described accurately on our web site, please notify us within 72 hours using the contact form.
Incorrect or incomplete product
We strive to ensure that all data products are accurate. Please note, all data is provided by third parties, including official registries. In the unlikely event that any product contains inaccuracies or if an item is incomplete, we will endeavor to correct the data or provide guidance as to where the data point was established.
Cooling off period
A 'cooling off' period does not apply to digital products and immediately downloadable digital products. This is because a customer might re-send the goods to the supplier in order to get a refund, and yet still have received the full benefit from the purchase already.
Delivery
After placing an order for a product or service, you will receive an on screen confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request. All orders are confirmed by email along with a receipt for your payment. We do not send any receipts or information by post - all communications and orders are delivered electronically.
